This Illuminated Address was presented to Stan Eldon on 15th December 1958 by the Royal Borough of Windsor. After he had set three British distance records, two AAA titles and the top cross country race in the world. All at the age of 22 years.
In the Queen's Birthday Honours of 2008 he was awarded an MBE.
